Ayubowan Sri Lanka Inc works in partnership with DMCI, a travel wholesaler licensed by TICO to sell tour packages. #50011535. TICO is mandated by the Ontario government to administer the Ontario Travel Industry Act, 2002 and Ontario Regulation 26/05 which governs travel retailers and wholesalers in Ontario. DMCI keeps all customer payments in a Client Trust Account, which is used once a trip has begun, or to make deposits to service providers to hold services on behalf of the clients. The Client Trust Account is subject to an annual audit by TICO.
